Welcome to Kilómetros, a platform designed to optimize the connection between freight brokers and carriers within the logistics market.
By accessing or using our services (including all subdomains and components), whether through our web dashboard or via WhatsApp interactions, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1Service Description
Kilómetros is a platform that facilitates contact and interaction between brokers who post loads and carriers who quote based on availability. All communication with carriers is conducted via WhatsApp, while brokers use a web dashboard.
2Registration and Platform Use
- •Brokers and team members must register with us to access the dashboard.
- •Carriers interact directly via WhatsApp and do not need to create an account on the web panel.
- •By using Kilómetros, you declare that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to represent yourself or your business.
3Service Cost
- •Currently, Kilómetros is completely free for all users.
- •However, we reserve the right to introduce subscription plans in the future with reasonable prior notice.
- •If we decide to implement a payment model, users will be informed via official channels (WhatsApp, email, or in-app) at least 15 calendar days in advance.
4User Rights and Responsibilities
- •You agree to use Kilómetros lawfully without infringing on third-party rights.
- •Using the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or bad-faith commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
- •Sharing login credentials or impersonating other users is forbidden.
- •User accounts (except Super Admin) are restricted to one active session at a time.
- •Users are solely responsible for verifying the legitimacy of loads, carriers, or brokers they conduct business with.
5Rights of Kilómetros
- •Kilómetros reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any user who violates these terms.
- •We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with notice to active users.
6Intellectual Property
- •All content, design, conversational flows, UI elements, logos, and source code are the exclusive property of Kilómetros.
- •Using the platform does not grant intellectual property rights over any system component.
7Confidentiality and Personal Data
- •We commit to handling personal data confidentially in accordance with applicable data privacy laws.
- •We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as legally required.
8Misuse and Disclaimer of Liability
Kilómetros is not liable for unauthorized, abusive, or non-intended use of the platform by brokers, carriers, or third parties.
This includes using the platform for non-logistics purposes, creating false records, or uploading deceptive information.
Each user is solely responsible for their platform usage and agrees to hold Kilómetros harmless against any claims or liability.
9Limitation of Liability
- •Kilómetros acts solely as a connecting tool between brokers and carriers during the load posting, quoting, and assignment phases.
- •Kilómetros shall at all times be considered a technology platform, not a legal intermediary between parties.
- •We do not guarantee final execution of logistics services nor assume liability for private agreements between users.
- •Kilómetros does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party postings nor assume responsibility for financial losses.
10Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted publicly and become effective upon publication.
